PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :
The use UPS F. 201 P is a free flowing white powder designed to remove mineral soils and vegetable oils from all ferrous and most non – ferrous metals.
APPLICATION :
UPS F. 201 P has general application for the removal by spray of oily and dry soils from metal components.
UPS F. 201 P finds special application in the automotive industry for the removal of oily soils from engine components such as cast iron and aluminium, engine blocks, cylinder heads and crank cases.
UPS F. 201 P also finds wide application in the metal forming and component manufacturing industry for the spray removal of oily soils between manufacturing stages and prior to application of the final finish such as spray painting.

EFFECT ON MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION :
UPS F. 201 P is safe for use on stainless steel, mild steel, copper and brass. It should not be used on magnesium or extruded aluminium where nil attack must be achieved mild steel is suitable for both tank construction, heating coils and pump bodies.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
UPS F. 201 P solution, although only moderately alkaline, should not be allowed to come in contact with skin or clothing. Operators should wear rubber gloves and if solution contact eyes, contact lense should be removed, eyes should be flushed with copious quantities of clean water and medical attention should be sought
